Google is making some changes, what you need to know
Every couple of years Google announces changes. As they make improvements they will recommend switching over to new services.
Recently they announced 2 changes that you will want to pay attention to.
Google Analytics
You likely already have Universal Analytics monitoring your site. In July of 2023, they will be dropping Universal and switching over to GA4 properties.

What do you need to do about it?
you need to use the GA4 setup assistant which is easily located in the admin of your Analytics
you need to paste the new code into the header of your website.
Google Business Profiles
Google My Business is also changing, they will now be referred to as Google Business Profiles.

What do you need to do about it?
Even though they are simplifying things on their end, you don’t need to make any drastic changes at this time. As long as you are a verified business, you should be able to log in and make changes to your business listing as normal.
